Description

The Certificate of Theological Studies is a 30 credit hour program for persons not seeking employment in professional ministry.  The certificate offers the student a working understanding of the Christian faith and its integration into the world.

Goals

• Upon completing the Certificate of Theological Studies, the student will:
• Be able to articulate foundational biblical and theological concepts, and evaluate religious teachings from this framework.
• Be able to do basic Bible study from an appropriate hermeneutical and theological framework.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service for God in the church and world.
