Students will be informed of acceptance as soon as their application is processed. Conditional acceptance may be granted based on an interim transcript.
Application Checklist:
(Applies to full application only)
- Answer all questions on the application form.
- Sign the application form.
- Attach a recent picture of yourself. Write your name on the back for identification in case it is separated from the application.
- Complete your autobiographical sketch.
- Arrange for all official transcripts to be sent from former undergraduate/graduate work.
- Distribute three letters of reference indicating background, character, personal maturity, motivation, health, education and capability for study at the appropriate level.
- Enclose application fee.
- Sign the Community Life Commitment form.
